I designed The Nutritional Realist workshops to be fun and interactive. I can guarantee each one will be different. As the delegates differ, so does the information and experience that we bring.

My goal is to challenge some of the every day 'knowledge' in key areas. You could say we will bust some common nutrition myths!

All our workshops can be tailor-made if there’s a group of you with a particular thirst to find out more about a specific area.

Our first set of workshops cover:

  • Water – are you really hydrated? Do you know what’s in your water?
  • Fats – are you getting enough? Bad and Good.
  • Protein – not just for body builders!
  • Toxins – are you affected?

Each one is approximately 1.5hrs long. Typically we run one a week for a month.
